AN EXCITING JUNE IN PENZANCE!!

Take a look at some of the great ways you can add something really special to your trip to Cornwall. The Golowan Festival takes place from the 20 - 27 June and is full of events and celebrations on various locations around Penzance. Golowan Festival
20 - 27 June. Golowan (the feast of St. John) combines the local and the global with a heady mix of Cornish and world music, dance, film and literature. Sponsors and volunteers to help keep it going are always welcome.

25 June A magnificent late-evening fireworks display above the Jubilee Pool.

Quay Fair Day
27 June. Penzance Harbour. Traditional and working boats, market stalls, street acts and final last night party at the "Ritz"
 
Golowan Maritime Festival
24 - 27 June. Penzance harbour in Cornwall will be the venue for “PZ 2010”, a traditional boat festival, running in tandem with the Golowan Festival. Owners and crews of traditional style boats are invited to come and enjoy the atmosphere and pageantry of the Golowan festival from this scenic harbour arena.

Mazey Day
26 June. Festival, Parades & Street Market in Penzance. The town is transformed with greenery, banners, street theatre and processions of giant imagery.
