This is our street

Our hotel is located on Penzance's most historic and interesting street...

 Chapel Street!

Here are some things to see and do on Chapel Street, if and when you will be staying with us.

Some unusual wall art in Chapel Street

Chapel Street has lots of interesting and beautiful buildings, and some amazing architecture from different periods. At the bottom of our street is St Mary's church, stunning on the outside, and worth visiting on the inside too to see the amazing stained glass window of Penzance fishermen and ships.

St Mary's in Spring.

Some of the buildings on our street have unusual and eye catching decoration... such as the Chocolate House and the Egyptian House...

Chapel Street also boasts two great pubs to have a meal or a drink... Turk's Head is the oldest pub in Penzance and a friendly place to stop for a pint... Admiral Benbow is full of nautical antiques and and a lively atmosphere. There is also the Zero Lounge for a more modern evening, or the Arts Club for great gigs and an arty vibe.

Or why not visit both?

There are some interesting shops too... Steckfensters and Kitt's Vintage are heaven for vintage lovers....

And if you feel inspired by Penzance's art scene (we're all artists here!) then why not pop into the Art Shop and pick up some supplies?

Could it get any better? We're less than 5 minutes walk from the gorgous seafront, too! Enjoy the sunshine on the prom on a warm day, or watch dramatic waves crash on a stormy one.

Some of the breathtaking views in Penzance...

See you soon!
