They say the scientific explanation for why we feel so crumby on Monday mornings is because our internal clocks naturally operate on a day that’s longer than 24 hours. This means that when Monday rolls around, we've built up a sleep deficit of at least an hour, So to put it simply we are just plain old tired!!
We find it easy to beat our Monday morning blues by having a little cheeky lie-in even just by 15minutes (we go to bed earlier too), we plan something fun to do in the evening to keep us going oh AND lots and lots and lots of coffee!!
